Grappler Quest, operated by Anton Malek, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Grappler Quest Premium purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or send us a message through the Support button in the app and we will help arrange it.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's own refund policy also applies.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; your premium access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
